Washington CAN! works to
expose and eventually overcome the systemic inequity individuals
experience in gaining access to quality health care in this country. At
one time, headlines rang declaring the American health care system as
the best in the world.
Unfortunately, only a portion of Americans have access to that health care system. Economic status, gender, and race all affect an individual’s ability to gain and keep affordable health care coverage. In our fight to rectify this inequity and cure the ongoing health care crisis for hundreds of thousands of individuals in Washington.
