When it comes to fighting for quality, affordable health care, small business has a new voice in Olympia!
In the past two years, hundreds of business owners have joined the Washington Small Business for Secure Health Care Coalition, organized by Washington CAN!
More than seventy percent of the uninsured are members of working families. The majority of them work in small businesses – the backbone of our state’s economy. Other small businesses have been forced to turn to bare-bones, substandard coverage that leaves them still paying out of pocket for most of their health care needs.
By joining together in the Small Business for Secure Health Care Coalition, business owners are saying "it’s time to secure health care for all"!
Secure health care will...
- Encourage entrepreneurs to start new businesses, sparking innovation, prosperity, and opportunity.
- Secure health care will mean that small businesses can grow and build local economies.
- Most importantly, secure health care will give small business workers the piece of mind that a medical emergency will not mean bankruptcy for their families.
Power is in Unity: If you own a small business or are self-employed, join our coalition today, to add your voice to the ever-louder demand for quality, affordable health care for everyone!
Together, we can clear the path to affordable, quality health care for all us all!
