Tax Reform: How to Talk About it.

How do we get the Community we want? We all care about education, health care, and safety for our families and neighbors.
We all want things to get better, not worse.

To have the community we want—we’ve got to talk about it with everyone around us and bring more people into the social justice movement. That includes talking about the "T" word…

Come to our community forum on Monday, September 27th at Southside Commons (3518 S Edmunds Street, Seattle) and practice talking about tax reform that fits our values.

We'll be looking at what a sustainable and equitable tax structure looks like, what are the upcoming tax initiatives ( I-1098 and others) and how we can talk to others about them. Activities includes messaging through our values, role-playing conversations, plus the do's and don't's for LTE writing.

Learn about opportunities for volunteers during elections!

Food and childcare provided. Please RSVP with Jill 206-805-6678, jill@washingtoncan.org.
