Please read the recent article written in the Seattle PI about the 200 petitions we gave to Rebecca Hale, Director of Public Information, at the Seattle Mariners office on Thursday July 29, 2010! We will continue putting pressure on MLB Commissioner Selig and the Seattle Mariners to do the right thing and move the 2011 All-Star Game out of Arizona!
With a partial injunction on SB1070, it’s now more important than ever to continue applying pressure on the State of Arizona. Judge Bolton’s decision is simply a reminder that Commissioner Selig, Seattle Mariners organization, Mariners players and the MLB must rise to the historic rejection of this racist law by pulling the 2011 All Star Game out of Arizona until all-not just part of- the law is rescinded!
