All those leading their legislative districts during Lobby Day 2026 are highly encouraged to join us at our Lobby Day Leads training! You will learn how to lead a lobby day group, the different pieces of paper on lobby day, get in-depth information about our legislative agenda, and practice your overall leadership skills—all while making bracelets and enjoying time with your fellow leads! WashingtonCAN members from across the state come together in Olympia each year for our Annual Lobby Day, a day where community members meet directly with lawmakers to advocate for the issues shaping our lives and our communities. From housing and healthcare to economic justice and the wellbeing of incarcerated people, Lobby Day is where we bring our stories, our priorities, and our collective power to the Capitol.

This year, we are partnering with House Our Neighbors (HON) to grow our impact. After years of working together in Seattle and winning real changes through community-led organizing, our groups are ready to take that momentum statewide. By joining forces, we are mobilizing people who believe in stable housing, accessible healthcare, fair economic policy, and a Washington where everyone has what they need to thrive.

Lobby Day is our moment to show legislators that our communities are organized, united, and ready to lead — and we want you there with us.
