Democracy Vouchers Held up in King County Superior Court Case.

Democracy Vouchers are law of the land, according to a King County Superior Court judge.

The Pacific Legal Foundation tried to take down the law that ensures all Seattle residents can contribute to candidates of their choice with publicly funded vouchers. But, the judge didn't buy their argument. 

Democracy Vouchers were used for the first time in Seattle's local elections in 2017.
